Ava 7 16 25

Ava Schwartz has been dancing nearly her entire life. Growing up in studios, on stages, and in competition settings has led her to bring a lifetime of experience and passion to every class she teaches. Ava’s training includes competitive contemporary, jazz, and musical theatre, along with extensive experience in ballet, tap, hip hop, and ballroom.

She recently served as the dance coach for the Philomath High School dance team and has worked with several local studios, sharing her love of dance with younger students. During her own time in high school, Ava choreographed her school’s production of Chicago and created countless cheer routines as captain of the cheer team—further developing her creative voice and leadership in performance settings.

In the last four years, Ava has immersed herself in the world of country dancing, competing in both line dancing and swing dancing. She’s fallen in love with the vibrant, welcoming community and the sheer fun of these styles.

For Ava, dance has always been more than movement—it’s been a home. She’s passionate about helping others find that same joy through dance.
