Jennifer Donough

The 1 Hour Class begins with a warm up soundtracked to our featured artist for the evening. Expect moves that progressively gets your heart pumping and brain working including isolations, pliés, stretching, abs, and pushup variations.

After warm up we’ll do some across the floor to work on some of the moving steps within our choreography and then on to the center of the floor for the choreography. You’ll learn the choreography to the entire featured song. Moves are modeled after what the backup dancer would be doing on stage.
